Justin Harrod began his career with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) in 2010. He currently works for the Modal Branch in Division of Planning. His primary responsibilities center on being the Electric Vehicle Project Manager to oversee the development, deployment, and implementation of the Kentucky Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Deployment Plan as it relates to the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program. He also serves as KYTC’s Air Quality Coordinator for transportation related pollutants.
Justin is a 2009 graduate of Murray State University. A native of Frankfort, KY, and resides there with his wife Shelly, and their three children.
