Loren Wolff

Loren is a partner at DBL Law with a focus on economic development, real estate, and general business law.
She has practiced law for 16 years and prior to law school worked in various levels of government including the Indiana State Legislature and the Indianapolis Mayor’s office. In 2017, Loren
served as Interim City Manager for the City of Covington, KY, where she oversaw three major mixed-use economic development projects totaling approximately $130 million.
She provides legal guidance to businesses and developers from various industries on complex development projects, including advising on zoning, land use, incentives, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. Loren also advises businesses and entrepreneurs on contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and mitigating risks to help them grow.
Loren currently serves on the board of the Covington Center forGreat Neighborhoods of Covington, the Northern Kentucky Convention Center Board, and the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development’s Commission on Small Business Innovation and Advocacy. Loren is also the past chair of the Covington Motor Vehicle Parking Authority.
