Tom Lovett has served the Owensboro-Daviess County MPO for five years and has been the director for the past eight months. Prior to joining the Green River Area Development District, he spent nearly 30 years as a journalist, working at a variety of newspapers. He lives in Owensboro with his wife and two teen-aged sons.
