Inductive Pavement Lead- HDR

Dr. Thomas Stout received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2015. Throughout his career, Thomas has gained an in-depth understanding of the Electric Vehicle industry’s rapidly advancing technology and of the deployment challenges that are associated with these new technologies. At HDR, Thomas provides expertise on Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) and the development and planning for charging networks. He has been actively involved as a task lead in the development and implementation of the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Plans for multiple states, including Kentucky.
