Susan Harmon

Susan Harmon serves as the Airport Manager of the Bowling Green–Warren County Regional Airport, where she leads strategic operations, organizational development, and community partnerships that advance the region’s aviation infrastructure. She began her tenure at the airport as Director of Operations from 2016 to 2018, before moving into her current leadership role in 2018.
A proud graduate of Western Kentucky University, Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing Education with a minor in Computer Information Systems, as well as a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and service, Susan is dedicated to fostering growth, enhancing operational safety, and championing aviation accessibility for the community she serves.
