Stephanie Blain, P.E., is Vice President of Palmer Engineering, where she leads the firm’s Lexington Branch Office and manages a broad range of civil and environmental engineering projects across Kentucky, extending into the southeastern US. Known for taking on the complex and challenging projects, she tries to solve problems combining technical excellence with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach. Stephanie currently
serves as President of the Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE-KY), and was named the National Society of Professional Engineers’ National Young Engineer of the Year in 2021. A Lexington native, Stephanie lives there with her husband and their three children. When she is not driving kids around to their many practices, she enjoys hiking, flower gardening, and cheering on UK.
