Sam strives to impact the future of communities of all scales through inventive land use, programming, and policy development. It is a goal of Sam’s to understand the various layers of how a community works and how best to implement strategies that will help create a liveable, walkable, and thriving community for all ages and walks of life. Sam is a graduate of Ball State University, receiving a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from the College of Architecture and Planning. Sam believes that every project offers a new opportunity to challenge the limits of a community that will benefit the residents and visitors of the area. Her current project experience includes a broad range of comprehensive planning, neighborhood and small area planning, regional planning, parks planning, GIS technical production, transportation planning, and website development throughout Indiana and Kentucky.
