Mark Polston leads WSP’s national Procurement Solutions Advisory group, advising project owners in the procurement, financing, and implementation of complex infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on alternative delivery methods, including P3, design-build, progressive design-build, and construction manager/general contractor.
Mark previously served as legal counsel and senior manager in the USDOT’s Build America Bureau. Prior to his federal service, Mark practiced as a corporate and real estate finance attorney in law firms in DC, Virginia, and Kentucky.
Mark earned a B.A. from the College of Charleston and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. Mark and his family reside in Lexington.
