Katie Rowe, P.E., AICP – For nearly a decade, Katie has practiced transportation planning and engineering for Gresham Smith. Her broad exposure to successful roadway, trail, and multi-modal design projects has brought her planning practice to the next level. Katie’s engineering design background helps to inform and prioritize more meaningful solutions for the public. Her personality and communication skills allow Katie to easily interface with the public, making the complex understandable and easing the concerns of residents and stakeholders through a process she believes in.
