Justin Harrod began his career with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in 2010. He currently works for the Modal Branch in Division of Planning. His primary responsibilities center on the planning, deployment, and implementation of Kentucky’s Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Plan, assisting with the Carbon Reduction Strategy, and with Air Quality requests. Justin is a 2009 graduate of Murray State University. A native of Frankfort, he resides there with his wife Shelly, and their three children.
