With two decades of experience shaping transportation infrastructure across the Midwest, Josh Epperson, PE, brings deep expertise in roadway design and strategic project delivery. He has successfully led large-scale traditional and alternative delivery projects, guiding clients through complex challenges to create solutions tailored to their communities. Since joining VS Engineering in 2019, Josh has spearheaded strategic initiatives in Ohio and Kentucky while serving on numerous industry boards. A former city council president and University of Kentucky graduate, Josh combines technical expertise with a commitment to public service. Central Kentucky is home for Josh, his wife, and 2 sons.
