Jonathan Albers is the HDR Transportation Mobility Section Manager for the Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas area. Jonathan has 16 years of experience and has worked HDR for 16 years. Jonathan began his career at HDR in Jacksonville, Florida, and he has lived and worked in Louisville, Kentucky for the past six years. At HDR, Jonathan serves both as a section manager of a team of traffic engineers and transportation planners and as a project manager for clients across Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas. These clients include the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), Louisville Metro Government, the Tennessee Department of Transportation, and the Arkansas Department of Transportation. With KYTC, Jonathan has been the project manager for two statewide plans including the Truck Parking Assessment and Action Plan and the Kentucky Statewide Rail Plan Update.
