Jesse Frost, P.E., joined the HDR Lexington office in 2013 and has held multiple leadership positions, advancing to the role of Associate Vice President and Freight Rail Services Practice Lead for Kentucky and Tennessee. Jesse focuses heavily on engineering solutions that strike the balance between practical and affordable—providing oversight that are both budget-conscious and meets the goals of stakeholders. Jesse has notable credentials in railroad planning, design, construction, and maintenance projects for rail operators in excess of $500M. Jesse holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
