Jennifer Walton serves as Associate Director for the Kentucky Transportation Center at the University of Kentucky. As part of her duties, she oversees the Intelligent Transportation Systems, Commercial Vehicle Technology and Policy, Traffic & Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, and Resilient Systems research program areas. In addition, she has more than 27 years of experience with project management, research, evaluation, and training in the Intelligent Transportation Systems – Commercial Vehicle Operations (ITS-CVO) arena. Jennifer’s primary areas of expertise in research are commercial vehicle screening technologies and information systems, driver and vehicle regulations, and traffic incident management.
