Gary Valentine is a major project advisor at the Kentucky Department of Transportation where he has played key roles in the Louisville – Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges Project, the I-69 Ohio River Crossing, and the Brent Spence Bridge project. He has more than 33 years of transportation experience with KYTC.
