Emily Deason is a transportation engineer with KYTC and is project manager for Section 1 and Section 2 of the I-69 Ohio River Crossing, the work in Henderson and the future I-69 bridge. She has her master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky, where she was a KYTC scholarship recipient. She’s also the recipient of UK’s 2025 Young Civil Engineer Award. Emily is mom to four young children.
