Senior Director, Energy Alternative Delivery

Brian Renehan has more than 15 years of experience in the energy, infrastructure and investment industries, specializing in business and project planning, feasibility studies, financial analysis, investment due diligence, and asset management. He has been particularly focused on infrastructure planning, procurement, financing, and implementation services to cities, government agencies, utilities, corporations, and developers of energy and utilities projects; technologies implemented include: micro-grids, electric vehicle infrastructure, combined heat and power (CHP), district-energy, renewables, energy efficiency measures, energy storage, and water/wastewater treatment.

Brian has been involved with some of the most innovative and ground-breaking public-private partnerships in the U.S., including the Presidio Parkway project (first public-private partnership in California), the Rialto Water (wastewater capital improvement program), Kentucky Fiber public-private partnership (fiber-optic middle mile project), and Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA) Bus Depot Electrification Program. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional.
