In 2022, Bill Bell returned to serve as Executive Director of KOHS. He combines governmental administrative experience with a distinguished background in private-sector accounting and banking. Prior to returning to KYTC he was the director of membership services and operations for the Kentucky Engineering Center, in Frankfort for two years.
Bill first joined KYTC as Director of the Division of Accounts in December 2008. He moved to KOHS as executive assistant in August 2011 and became executive director one year later. During his tenure, he also served as acting director of the divisions of Incident Management and Highway Safety Programs.
Bill is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He and his wife Dana and four children and live in River Bluff, KY.
