REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN LATE WINTER. THIS IS A MEMBERS ONLY EVENT.
Each year, a group of KBT Members travel to Washington D.C. to meet with our Kentucky legislators and discuss the importance of multi-modal transportation. This is a current Members Only event.
Registration fee of $1475 will include Wednesday evening lodging at the Grand Hyatt Washington, all meals including lunch on Wednesday, a cocktail reception and dinner at Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak, and Stone Crab that evening, and breakfast on Thursday morning.
There are a limited number of rooms available at the group rate if you plan arrive on Tuesday.
Flight to DC is not included in the registration, and you will be responsible for booking your own flight and transport to/from the hotel.

Group dinner for early arrivals
Wednesday, May 14th
Individual flights arrive early morning
Lunch and afternoon visits with Legislators
Evening cocktail reception and dinner at Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak, and Stone Crab
Thursday, May 15th
Breakfast and more meetings with Legislators
Fly out Thursday late afternoon/evening
